1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our web pages without providing any information about yourself. Each time a web page is accessed, the web server merely automatically stores a server log file (Usage Data), which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the browser type, device information, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider.

Hosting by Shopify: Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc.. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored via Shopify's data storage.

2. Collection and use of personal data

We collect data that you provide to us directly or that we receive from third parties:

  • Information you provide directly: Contact information (name, address, email, telephone), order information (billing/delivery address, payment confirmation), account information (username, password) and customer support enquiries.

  • Data from third parties: We receive information from service providers acting on our behalf, such as Shopify or payment processors.

  • Purposes of use: In accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, for the performance of the contract (shipping, payment, returns), for account management, for marketing purposes (where you have given consent) and for security and fraud prevention.

  • Functional cookies: Necessary for the shopping cart and the login status.

To perform the contract, we pass on data to the following categories of recipients:

6. Social media & user-generated content

  • Social media: We maintain a presence on Instagram. The provider's privacy policy applies there.

  • User content: If you post product reviews, they are publicly accessible. We have no control over how third parties use this publicly visible information.

7. Children's data

Our services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16. Should such data have been transmitted to us without parental consent, we will delete it immediately upon notification.

8. Security and retention

No transmission over the internet is 100 % secure. However, we make every effort to protect your data. We store your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or due to statutory retention periods (under tax and commercial law).
